Katerine is a Lead Consultant at Triverus, who has a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Project Management. She is a certified SAFe Scrum Master. She has experience in Retail Services and Public Sectors. Known for adaptability and quick learning, she excels in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. In addition to her professional expertise, Katerine is exceptional at building relationships. Whether collaborating with IT, business partners, or vendors, she seamlessly engages across functions.

Before Triverus, Katerine was part of the Omnichannel Marketing group at Neiman Marcus, where she was a servant leader for scrum teams supporting personalized experiences for customer on the website and app. Prior to that, Katerine held various positions at TJX, including Business Analyst, Project Analyst and Project manager. Due in part to her versatility and knowledge of the TJX business, she was tabbed to be a change agent for the agile transformation of the Store Systems Agile Release Train; where she ultimately landed as a Scrum Master for multiple teams.  

Outside of work, Katerine lives in Sturbridge, MA with her husband and her dog, Cannoli. You can often find her experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, cultivating flowers, exploring new destinations, and expressing her creativity through various endeavors.
