Sunil is an experienced thought leader in operations and technology strategy, with 23+ years proven expertise in executive agile coaching, organizational change management, DevOps  strategy and technology strategy in domains spanning banking, financial services, transportation, logistics, digital commerce and mobility. He has established lean portfolio principles, cross-functional teams, and rapid prototyping techniques in a supply chain organization. Sunil has partnered with CTOs and CxO's in organizations in defining the Agile transformation strategy and roadmap leveraging business agility and objectives and key results (OKRs). He has helped establish several Agile Communities of Practice (CoPs) and Centers of Excellence by developing working agreements, lean collaboration, change agent mentorship, program governance, performance reporting KPIs, and Agile proven practices while driving process and tools improvement to support increasing maturity levels of business agility.

Sunil currently resides in Pennsylvania, where he lives with his wife and two kids. Outside of work, he enjoys local volunteering, movies and football.
