Triverus Named to Boston Business Journal’s 2025 Best Places to Work List

BOSTON (July 2025)— The Boston Business Journal has named Triverus Consulting to its 2025 Best Places to Work list — the BBJ’s exclusive ranking of the Massachusetts companies that have built outstanding work environments for their people.

The 100 companies honored in 2025 range in size and industry, with winners from the technology sector, retail industry, healthcare space, commercial real estate and more.

“It’s exciting to be recognized on the Best Places to Work list for as many years as we’ve been eligible,” said the Founding Partners Laura Harriman, Chris Jennings and Zach Slayton. “The diverse ideas and creative contributions of our colleagues are truly what make Triverus a great place to work.”

Leading up to this recognition, Triverus introduced initiatives that support colleagues, which were taken into consideration. Those include an internal Career Coaching program to help ensure colleagues have the support and resources needed for success. Triverus has also invested in communication software that optimizes internal communications. In addition, Triverus showcased their colleague-run culture group that focuses on perpetuating a diverse and inclusive culture. The group has hosted cooking classes, candle making, trips to local sporting events, and attended historical tours of Boston’s LGBTQ community during Pride Month.

Other businesses that met criteria for office location and size participated in employee engagement surveys distributed by Business Journal partner Quantum Workplace. Employees were asked to rate their work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits.

Based on the results of those surveys, businesses were assigned a score out of 100 percent and ranked by Quantum. The top-rated companies are listed in five size categories — extra small (20 to 49 employees), small (50 to 99 employees), medium (100 to 249employees), large (250 to 499 employees) and extra-large (500 or more).

The Best Places to Work special publication appears in the June 13^th weekly edition of the Boston Business Journal.
