Robert is a Director at Triverus with over 25 years in the IT field, with the last seven years focused on delivery of IT solutions using agile methodologies as well as coaching of agile methodologies, including scaled solutions, with the goal of aligning business and IT value streams in digital transformations, coaching agile teams, and coaching organizations to improve outcomes. He is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Prior to his time with Triverus, Robert was with CGI where he successfully implemented Scrum and Kanban to more than 50 teams, as well as assisting on the transformation of several large lean-agile transformations transitioning from waterfall, in the Retail space.  Before that, Robert was with Collaborative Consulting servicing the Financial Services and Insurance industries as a business architect in the design, development and implementation of large-scale software solutions.

Robert is a native Californian who has resided in Massachusetts for over 20 years with his wife and two children. Outside of Triverus, Robert can be found in the spring and summer umpiring high school and American Legion baseball or at the golf course. He also enjoys taking his beagle, Cooper, for walks at the local parks.
