Kaitlin is the Manager of Talent Management with over 7 years of experience in recruiting and HR. Her strengths include multi-tasking key objectives while being able to prioritize strategically and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. She is detail-orientated with a passion for process development and improvement.

Prior to joining Triverus Consulting, Kaitlin worked as the Recruiting Coordinator at the life sciences company PerkinElmer. She managed scheduling for the US talent acquisition team, managed the hiring process for interns, and participated in hiring initiates and project work. Earlier, Kaitlin worked in Talent Acquisition for Collaborative Consulting.

Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She enjoys photography, bargain hunting and traveling.
