Joel is a Staff Consultant at Triverus with 10 years’ experience in software development process. He is an expert in several IT disciplines, including web and mobile development, cloud computing, and Agile methodology,and is particularly skilled at front end and back end development using .Net Technologies in the software development industry.

He is passionate about his job, always committed, and problem-solving. He strongly believes that teamwork is the success to deliver a valuable product.

Before Triverus, Joel was part of the application development group at IBM, where he performed duties such as implementation of processes to alert users about vulnerabilities on their assets and auto assign tickets for operation users. He helped guide that organization’s compliance and security efforts with several high-profile clients. Earlier, Joel was a software engineer in Verizon’s renowned software delivery platform team. Before that role, he was a software developer at Avantica.

Joel is married, and has 1 child. Camila is one-and-a-half-year-old. He is an avid soccer player, and also enjoys traveling and discovering new places.
