Dwight is a Senior Vice President at Triverus Consulting with over 25 years of experience blending people, business and technology to deliver valuable services to colleagues and clients. As a long-time mentor and coach, he brings a deep caring and passion for empowerment and enabling personal growth, and a practical approach to service delivery.

Prior to joining Triverus, Dwight was a Vice President of Technology Delivery at Epsilon Data Management LLC where he most recently led teams in the design, implementation and operational management of real-time multi-channel marketing solutions. He has extensive experience evolving enterprise functions, frameworks and processes for scale and led the creation and implementation of competency, talent development, and performance standards for functional groups totaling more than 350 colleagues.

Dwight is married with two adult children and a mixed-breed rescue dog. He enjoys an active personal life, home renovation projects and spending leisure time with family and friends in the mountains, on the water, or just relaxing.
