Chris is a Lead Consultant at Triverus with 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master. He has helped structure and facilitate a number of transformation efforts in healthcare settings including insurance, hospitals, and publishing. He is skilled at process improvement, dashboard development, project management, and building relationships.

Before Triverus, Chris was part of another small consulting company where he helped lead an emergency department transformation project at one of Boston’s major hospitals. In addition, he assisted in the development and roll out of change management activities for a Workday implementation project in the government sector.

Chris is an avid sports fan, a Bruins and Patriots season ticket holder, and you can often find him listening to sports talk radio or reading up on the local teams. He also enjoys playing guitar and performs around the Boston area on his own or with his band.
