Cesar is a lead consultant at Triverus with areas of expertise in several areas of health care IT including various cloud technologies. His experience is focused in the life sciences, biotechnology and hospital industries. He is highly skilled at relationship building and well‐versed in all phases of implementation and performance management. Cesar adeptly manages projects from the initial gathering/needs identification phase through to completion.

Before Triverus, Cesar was a consultant with Veeva Systems where he configured and deployed eTMF and CTMS's for clients large and small. Earlier, Cesar was a Program Manager at American Well, specializing in telehealth solutions for EHR software providers.
