She has over 20 years’ experience in business analysis and project management which includes leading large‑scale system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and business process transformations. She is a proven leader with deep expertise across both cloud and on‑premises applications, known for effectively bridging business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high‑impact solutions. Sarah brings a strong background in Agile and Waterfall delivery, stakeholder management, and driving measurable results in complex, cross‑functional environments.

Before joining Triverus, Sarah worked across government contracting, retail, and public sector industries, applying her skills to streamline processes, reengineer operations with modern cloud‑enabled applications, and deliversoftware solutions, roadmaps, and strategic technology visions.

Outside of work, Sarah loves the ocean and spends as much time at the beach as possible. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and playing pickleball.
