Cristina Veale

Cristina is a Principal Consultant at Triverus and a former front-end developer turned product manager and product owner, with experience across SaaS platforms, cloud environments, and generative AI. She has built a strong technical foundation in UX/UI design, front-end development, and backend systems, which she leverages to deliver scalable, user-centered product solutions. Her expertise includes product strategy, Agile delivery, and platform management.

At Triverus, Cristina serves as a Product Owner for Massachusetts state agencies, leading initiatives to modernize digital systems, improve employer and workforce experiences, and implement secure, scalable solutions. She partners closely with engineering and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable product deliverables.

Prior to Triverus, Cristina was a Senior Product Manager at Aperture Education, where she led growth of a SaaS student platform and drove significant revenue expansion through new product launches and go-to-market initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held roles in consulting, platform product management, and developer advocacy, further strengthening her technical expertise across the product lifecycle.

Beyond work, Cristina enjoys long walks with her husband, caring for her cat Luna (who definitely runs the household), trying new restaurants around Boston, and the occasional game of backgammon.
