Pam is a result driven and dedicated talent management executive with over 20 years of experience in the information technology services field in the Boston market.   Pam has a passion for building trusted relationships and for developing and leading strategies to support business objectives while nurturing talent and assisting individuals in achieving their career aspirations.   Her participative leadership style drives solutions that foster employee engagement and creates a great place to work.   Pam’s mission at Triverus is to attract and retain colleagues that align to its values and will uphold the three truths ensuring client, colleague and community success.  

Prior to joining Triverus, Pam was the Vice President of Professional Staffing at Collaborative Consulting.  She managed recruiting efforts to grow Collaborative to over 400 IT professionals in 4 geographic markets. She also contributed to making it a top place to work.  Prior to Collaborative, Pam functioned as a Professional Development and Recruiting Manager at CSC.  She holds a degree from Boston College.  

Pam is grateful to have found a career that provides tremendous satisfaction, but also has many interests outside of work.   Her top priority is spending time with her 3 amazing children and is often found cheering them on at their various activities.  She has an eclectic taste in music and loves attending live performances with her husband.  She also enjoys reading, photography, and the spending time at the beach especially her favorite summertime vacation escape to the Cape with family.
