Junko Nagano


Junko is a Principal at Triverus with more than 20 years’ experience in project and program management. She is expert in several IT disciplines, including managing service design and service transition, operationalizing programs and process improvements and is particularly skilled at using her Lean and Agile backgrounds to create highly productive teams to support clients in achieving their strategic goals in the financial services and high-tech industries.

She features multi-cultural awareness, working with clients globally, and adept at quickly establishing close and collaborative relationships with clients for effective change management.

Before Triverus, Junko was part of Collaborative Consulting,(now U.S. Technical Solutions group at CGI) where she was a senior consultant in he financial services sector. Among her projects, she led a large financial client’s efforts to migrate their security administration’s service request and incident management systems for the first time in more than 10 years. Earlier, Junko was a Senior Program Manager in MathWorks’ coordinating product planning among ~40 teams in Software Development and helped with agile transformation for several of those groups. Prior to that, she was a program manager at Mercury Systems, where she worked with multi-national clients headquartered in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Junko is married and has one child, Erika, 8. She loves competing in team sports with her soccer and ice hockey teams and enjoys cooking and experimenting with new dishes. She is on the PTO board at her child’s school.
