Triverus
Consulting commits to eliminate gender wage gap by signing Mayor Walsh’s 100%
Talent Compact

Triverus Consulting is a Boston-based,
woman owned, IT Consulting firm, with a corporate vision that includes
enhancing the value that is inherent in its colleagues.  One way of doing this is to remove barriers
to advancement.  It is in support of its
vision that Triverus has signed The Boston Women’s Workforce Council’s 100%
Talent Compact, a first-in-the-nation, business community-driven effort to
level the playing field for working woman.

According to the Boston Women’s
Workforce Council’s 2016 report, women who work in Greater Boston earn significantly
less than their male colleagues, while women are the majority of both Boston’s
residents and workforce. Triverus Consulting recognizes that this pay
discrepancy poses consequences on the company’s talent pool and that women are
one of Boston’s assets: when women thrive, companies and communities thrive.

Much like the intent of the Boston
Women’s Workforce Council, Triverus is committed to leveraging 100% of the Boston workforce's talent pool by removing visible and invisible barriers for the
betterment of all.  As a Signer of the
100% Talent Compact, Triverus Consulting will work with the Council to take concrete,
measurable steps to eliminate the wage gap within their own company and to report
progress.
