What You Can Do

The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role to support Triverus’ growth and will be in an integral part of the Talent Management team responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring diverse and talented information technology professionals.  The Senior Recruiter will support the hiring of various information technology positions including, but not limited to, software and data engineers, architects, scrum masters, Agile coaches, project managers and business analysts.  They will gain an understanding of the professional and technical requirements and will have a track record of building robust and diverse candidate pipelines through creative sourcing and relationship building.  

Experience: You have…

• high volume sourcing and recruiting experience, managing a high volume of requisitions while sourcing and attracting top talent in the information technology professional services industry
• a passion and capability to source diverse candidates to build diverse teams
• experience using social media, IT/internet platforms, professional organizations and other tools and techniques to source and     mine passive candidates
• exceptional communication and organizational skills 
• ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize work by considering importance, urgency, and implications 
• strong relationship building and networking skills
• a track record for deeply caring about the careers of the people you are recruiting
• ability to be resourceful, make an impact and are results orientated 
• proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook 

Responsibilities: 

• Sourcing, screening, evaluating, closing and hiring candidates
• Facilitate the interview process and utilize behavioral and competency-based tools and techniques to assess qualifications
• Partner with Triverus functions to understand needs and priorities
• Leverages professional organizations and community associations to identify and recruit top information technology professionals
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies
• Integrate diversity sourcing into overall sourcing strategy to increase diverse colleagues
• Be a Triverus ambassador, sharing and exemplifying Triverus’ three truths, vision, values and culture
• Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain an effective information     technology pipeline and network of diverse talent, building strong     relationships with candidates
• Work collaboratively with the Talent Management team to provide a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact point through offer/acceptance
• Understand and manage to human resources, Triverus and Federal/State processes and policies
• Draft and publish job postings
• Utilize and update our application tracking system with candidate information and activity
• Work with staffing partners on defined and specific needs
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed
