As an experienced Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting administrative tasks across many business areas including talent, operations, and marketing for a fast growing, Boston based top places to work company. You will have the opportunity to be part of a great team and work with people that respect you while having fun. This position is part-time (20-30 hours/week) with flexible schedule and primarily remote. You will need to make occasional trips to our Woburn office and post office/shipping locations for mail and shipping.
· Maintain and update HR systems and spreadsheets
· Create biographies for colleagues
· Handle correspondence and scheduling logistics for candidates
· Assists with internal audits
· Prepare PowerPoint presentations
· Entering expenses
· Support event logistics
· Process mail and mailings
· Additional projects on an as needed basis
· Proficiency in MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
· Prior experience in a professional setting
